Sa mga ndi alam kng ano ang SLTC..it stands for "Summer Leadership Training Course" known b4 as SRC or Summer Refresher's Course. Nplitan ung name nya kc daw, sa training course bgayon...ndi daw kmi "nirerefresh" kng ndi nagsstart ulit kmi as trainees. Sa mga ndi prin gets, its CAT stuff for officers... (nkktmad magexplain e....)

SLTC started on May 3,2005, Tuesday. Nagstart ung course sa paghanay at paginspect smin..tpos pntanggal lhat ng pins...evrythin except the nameplate..(waaahh!! my rank!!)...yup..even the rank pins....*sigh*.. nging equal kaming lahat...as in "pantay-pantay"...NCO and CO...1st class to NCOs...shux...una ang bd3p nun kc wlang "RHIP"...pro as the training goes...mas ok un kc mas comfortable kmi s mga taong nkksma nmin...ngng helpful kmi sa isa't-isa...wlang pkialam sa class o rank mo....

PT or physical training started the next day....wearing our PT un4m...nagstart kmi sa exercises....nkkpnibago...imaginine mo...1 month kang ndi nagaaral (buong april)...phiga higa lng..kain d2 at dun, tv, tpos bigla kang ggcng ng maaga pra mag squatthrust at magjogging??? its wirth it nmn e...going back, our PT started pakonti-konti muna...5 good repititions lng,,pero nkkpagod!! after PT that day, prang ndi kna mklakad...as in!

After PT,we hav 2 dress up to our un4ms for that day. mahirap kng 4th squad ka kc u hav to use the stairs upto the 5th floor..elevator's not allowed..after, you hav to go down for inspection...after inspection, you hav to go upto the 8th floor (sa gym/hall) to start our lessons.

Everyday un ang nangyyri....everyweek nagiincrease ung number of repititions...it builds or endurance and stuff lyk discipline and the other leadership traits.

we had our weekly exam on the friday of the first week. Kinda hard if you ask me...sayang ndi ko sineryoso...medyo mrmi mali ko...

the 2nd week was just the same as the first week kya lng we had our PFT or Physical Fitness Test. we had to jog for 15 minutes (i passed!). tpos water break. aakyat sa 8th floor to continue the other tests...flexibility (you need to stand up sa isang bleacher tpos you need to reach a certain number of inches...3 or 4 ata ung passing...and gueass what...i passed!!), squatthrust (a minimum of 30 in 1 minute...i failed kc knulang ng 3 or 6 ata..sayang...), dips (nkhwak ung palm mo sa edge nung bleacher tpos..bsta pra kang nagpush-ups n ptalikod..i passed..nka 30+ ako..34 ata...30 is passing..), push-ups (i failed kc...pagod nako...7 lng ngwa ko...xiet...proper dpat un ha!!) long jump (4 lng naabot ko...5 ang passing...), crunches (prang half na sit-ups, nka 78 ako in 1 minute!! yehey!! pasado! minimum of 30...in 1 minute..), pull-ups (hhwak ka sa bar tpos you pull yourself up..bsta hrap i-explein...i failed)......

we had the Santacruzan on May 15....sa Phil flag nnman ako..h8 that costume!! sa Roxas Blvd. gnwa un..near our coffeshop..wla lng...no classes the next day...

we had our budell fight tuesday of the 3rd week...brought 1 can of sardines each....stupid ung mga nagdala ng tuna!!!! halo sa kanin na nsa mhbang dahon ng saging..cge kain!!...ayoko nang 2mingin ng sardinas!!!!!

We we're supposed to sell shrine mangos friday of the 3rd week kya lng ndi natuloy kc ndi daw pwd mag house to house sa villages ng GH..sayang ang tarining..nagdrills nlng kmi...

Sa 4thweek nmin...ang exciting lng dun ay nung friday na...final day na... last PFT and exam na nmin un...waaahhh!!

PFT: jogging: kailngan nmin ikutin ung border ng (how do you call that?) shopping center sa gh...bsta ung may wall na bato thingy...in 10 minutes!! kht c batulan ndi ngwa e!... sumobra ako ng 3 minutes...sayang...sa flexibility..passing prin 5"..yehey! long jump?? 1 inch nlng! passng is 5ft...4'11" lng natalon ka..ampf! dips...dpat hinuli ko un e...nanghina 2loy ako...oh well..54 in 1 minutes..not bad..push-ups, 34 in 1 minute..still passing....sit-ups 64 in 1 minute..yehey!!...i failed pull-ups...npgod na sa dips....squatthrust 36 ata or 34...whatevr bsta passing....

Finals: Grabe ung finals! 10 pages, 350 items!! nkkhilo tpos ung iba ndi pa naturo..bd3p...rawr!~!...naubusan ako ng tym dun sa map reading..kwa2 nmn c batulan kc ndi nya nsgutan ung 3pages kc pnakuha sya nung mga map...ang daya nun dba??? rawr!!...

For the results: Tom nmin mllman kng cno ang nka 90%+..kng cno promoted at demoted...kng anong designation at kng anong mngyyri sa school year..i really hope i get promoted..if not...o well..bhla na..bsta ang alam ko..i did my best to finish this course...i'm so damn proud of!!

Sori po kng mtgal na ndi nkaupdate...bc po kc e...with SRC este SLTC pla...nwei...2day is friday the 13th pla noh?? narealyze ko lng nung patapos an ung araw!! hehe..wlang tama skn ang friday the 13th...swerte ko nga e...2nd week na kc ng SLTC...may preliminary exams and physical fitness test knna... ok nmn ung PFT...passed almost all....ung exams! grabe! 122/135! bd3p! pumaltos pa ng 13 pts!!...sayang!! oh well..ndi pako nagaral nyan! hehe...

yesterday...fiesta d2 sa Sta. Ana...wla lng....astig ung games....and boring! haha!! sensya na 3p e...hehe.....

Thursday…hmmm…as usual I slept in the morning nnman…9am to be exact. Hehe….day by day I’m becoming nocturnal nga…well according to kuya ehriykc!! Hehe….this was just another ordinary day…the usual grocery at shopwise…waking up at 1pm….nothing to write about…

Yester day?? Hmm…a little interesting if you ask me….got a text from a friend….and a call…hehe…. Ngulat pa nga ako kng pano nya nakuha number ko and then I remembered I posted my cel# on friendster….hehe….Vince Librojo…un ung mkulit na hndi mrunong pumalo ng bass drum and pumipiyok pag nagcocomand…hehe…*peace*….anyway, he’s mbait nmn and mkulit din lyk me…asaran nnman yesterday….then I had a haircut sa Classica Salon…2 ½-3 inches ang nbawas….ang haba prin!! Hehe…anyway thanks to Globe’s All U Want Plan, I was able to talk to Vince for almost the whole day….found out that : he took accounting for his course, he’s athletic, plays badminton and basketball, his expression is “Anak ng boogyman!!” that was cornier than Migo’s “whoaw!!”, he talks to the celfone in front of the fan that’s y its so err…maingay??…hehe.., umm…wat else?..oh! he hates RAGNAROK..i was playing RagnaMerchant kc on my fone hbang kausap ko sya….wla lng…he’s panganay pla…and ang ganda nung voice nya sa fone..sa fone lng ha?! *peace*….he’s not a singer but hell of a dancer…and he’s a catholic but not under Roman….and w8! He also likes BROKEN SONNET by HALE and the band BOYS 2 MEN…wla lng…almost spent the whole day playing RagnaMerchant…got 30,000zeny and in level 50…ampf….

waahhh!! ang tgal ng wlang update..hehe..nkktamad kc...nothin to write nmn..the other day...err...friday...we went to shopwise to buy stuff for the coffeeshop..nothin speciaL ABOUT THAT.....after going to mass....naks banal!! we ate sa SHINJUKU!! shoyo ramen...mmm..sarap...wla lng!! went to our coffeeshop after....umm....then tumambay dun sa KALESA-type chair sa tabi nung puno then took pictures of myself...then astig! may mukha sa puno!! nyahaha...then i took a picture ulit...un! meron nnman!!..hehe...tpos gnwa ko...ung puno lng ung knunan ko ng pic...guess kung anong lmabas?? may 6 faces dun sa puno!! waaahhh!! horro tlga...oh well....wla lng....hehe...

nung monday...nkausap ko c sam sa fone...asteeg daw ung vigan!! ang dami nyang kwento..wla lng...astig un hotel na stinayan nila..ktbi ng sementeryo!! nyahaha..tpos ngpnta cla sa haus ni marcos...andun pa daw ung body ni marcos...tpos ung hand daw may veins pa....creepy...tpos si kat daw nkkita ng black smtnh no korteng babae!! waaahhh!! nkktkot un ah... buti nlng ndi open 3rd eye ko....

o well..planned to to bed early sana nung tuesday...mga 12?? thats really early compared to my usula 4am..hehe...la lng...ktxt ko si kuya ehriykc l. nung gabi...2log na sya...tpos ndi ako mk2log!! 5am na ndi prin ako mk2log...asar kc c ano e...ndi ngre2ply....gcng na nmn cya nun!! he wakes up at 4 or 3....un tpos evry hour tntxt ko si kuya ehriykc..la lng..ngcng nga sya dhl skn e!! sori tlga!!..hehe...tposnung mga 7am gcng pako...nrning ko gcng na c lance so tumayo nrin ako tpos nkpaglaro...tpos naisip kong mangis2rbo kya tnwgn ko si sam!! nyahaha...yup 7in the morning..tnwgn ko sya sa cel......1 hour and 30 mins kmi nagusap..la lng...tpos tnxt ko si ano....ang haba nga e!! 6msgs..la lng....tpos hanggang ngyon ndi prin sya ngre2ply....FO na????!!! wag nmn!! waaahh!!! ill w8 until midnyt....oh well....nk2log ako around 1030 am...thank god...woke up at 4pm...hehe...NOCTURNAL!!..o well...tpos un! wla na kong mkwento!! nyahaha....end this entry with a green story i found days ago. hope you like it!! nyahaha....

Tom was an 8 yr old kid. he came home from school curious about courtship. he askd her mom. her mom, busy as she was, told him to hide under the curtains at nyt to watch her sister do it. then he did. he watchd her sister and his bf do it...kissing and hugging...then suddenly, her sister acted sick and made groaning noises....her bf concerned tried to look for her heart..but doesnt seem to fin it (get it?? ) then her bf acted strange too and then he took his pants off and he saw what made him sick..a big hairy eel was dangling from between his legs!! her sister and her bf tried to kill it by suffocating it with a rubber mat'l...then she tried biting its head off...they thought it was killed but it stoop up agen!...then they tried killing it by squeeshing it in between their legs...then Tom knew that the eel was really dead when they peeled its skin off and dropped it in the toilet....

Knna...nagmuse ako pra sa team ng unit nmin pra sa liga....smthng na sponsor ng MILO...wla lng....asteeg nga e....mtgal n kc tnnong ung sis ko kng pwd daw ako...edi she askdme..pmyag ako...then i 4got all about it na...then she woke me up knna tpos ni-remind nya ko... "Huuy...may parade ka mmya ha..."...it was lyk 12:00pm....late kc ako n2log kgbi eh...hehe... :D....then i askd her what parade...."Ung liga sa plaza??..."...i was lyk...OH MY GOSH!!....the parade will statrt daw at 2:30....good heavens!! it's 12:00 already and i just woke up!!... i mean i haven't done the things i'm supposed to do pa...bsta!!...kaasar...then un na...we (my bayaw,the captain of our unit team, me and my sister) went to rotonda kc dun daw magsstart ung parade..we we're there at exactly 2:30...so nagantay kami...guess what?! the parade started at 4:30...haaayyy nako...FILIPINO TIME tlga...tsk tsk...oh well...so magsstart na ung parade...c kuya ang init ng ulo...pasaway kc ung isang team mate nya e...wla pa..tsk tsk...so un na...nagparade kmi...brown team kmi...buti nlng ndi kulay tae ung uniform!! :D....kmi ung first team na nandun...i-nanounce ung players..blah blah..together with their muse...ako un!!...na nklimutan nilang kunin ung mga names nung muse...AMPFNESS TLGA!!!!...oh well..astig nmn....andun c Mike Enriquez...la lng...Cesar Montano was there too...he was handsome..as in..:)...nkkgulat nga e..oh well...ung na2lo nung best muse..err...ndi sya pretty...pero matangkad....as in!! and she was lyk 22 yrs old...and i'm only 14..kya...wla...good luck tlga...nyahaha..:D....wla lng....
